EVENT RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Events can be rescheduled or refunded in full if cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event. Please note, events can only be rescheduled or refunded once.
EVENTS IMPACTED BY WEATHER
Events impacted by extreme weather or temperatures will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event. In such cases, we will notify guests via email at least 48 hours in advance. To ensure the safety of both guests and animals, events will not take place if the forecasted temperature is below 20°F. For temperatures between 21°F and 40°F or in the event of extreme weather conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule/ or cancel.
