EVENT RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY
***Please make sure you are able to attend the date you select. No refunds on events booked. ***
Events can be rescheduled if cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Please note, events can only be rescheduled once. If a reschedule date has different rate the remaining balance will be owed or refunded at time of appointment.
EVENTS IMPACTED BY WEATHER
Events impacted by extreme weather or temperatures will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event. In such cases, guests should notify the ranch via email at least 24 hours in advance of the request. To ensure the safety of both guests and animals, events will not take place if the forecasted high temperature is below 20°F. In the event of extreme unpredicted weather conditions, in the 24 hours leading up to the event. Guests will have the option to reschedule/ or cancel.
